FOGWA

FOGWA, our parent teachers association is called FOGWA, for Friends of Great Walstead Association. Our main goal is to foster community and friendships between our families, whilst fundraising for ‘extras’ at the same time. We do this through organising various events for parents, staff and children.

In more recent years, FOGWA has sponsored the challenge course, the library refurbishment, the pre-prep trim trail, the parent hub and the outdoor classroom.

We are proud sponsors of Jamie’s Farm Lewes, Kangaroos and Friends of Chernobyl’s Children, splitting 15% of our yearly fundraising between them.

FOGWA only exists with parent and teacher support in joining the team.
