The Keep is an established part of our school offering parents the facility for care outside the school day. Our children have a space nestled in the Pre-Prep which benefits from a familiar environment for them as well as having access to our wonderful outside spaces. This is a home from home environment which is perfect for them to relax at the end of a busy school day.
We have a Breakfast Club from 7.30am should you need an earlier drop off. We provide the children with a selection of cooked breakfast, cereals, toast and fruits before they head off for their day.
Our Nursery and Pre-Prep mainly use 'The Keep' where they have toys and activities for their age and interest. We include a range of activities as well as much needed rest time. Most importantly, we are child-led with a focus on winding down at the end of the day.
'The Keep' is available until 6:00pm which includes a snack at 3:30pm and a freshly prepared tea at 5:15pm, if required.
'The Keep' is open during half-term and school holidays from 7.45am - 6.00pm. We include lunch and tea as well as snacks throughout the day and during this time we do a range of activities from art and craft, play time, a walk down to the woods or even visits to our onsite farm 'Great Farmstead'. Our core value at 'The Keep' is that we are providing a home from home environment, with the children who join us enjoying their time in the space with their friends.
We take a 'here when you need us' approach and strive to meet the flexibility of parents' needs where possible. Our wraparound care is only open for our pupils and parents on an 'as needed' basis, not tying you in to a fixed period or charging structure.
We are only closed between Christmas and New Year, Good Friday, Easter Monday and the statutory bank holidays.
During the holidays we also run a variety of clubs and camps. These are run by our own staff as well as a carefully chosen selection of external providers.
This year we have run additional holiday camps and clubs with:
